Celtic® Barrel bangle

One of the first things I noticed was that the pricing on the Charriol website is significantly lower compared to mall prices here in the Philippines. This was honestly surprising, considering you are buying directly from the brand and the item ships from Switzerland.

Shipping was also excellent. Despite coming all the way from Switzerland, I received the package via FedEx in under a week, which exceeded my expectations.

The presentation was truly impressive and deserves special mention. The item was triple-boxed and packaged very elegantly. Opening it felt like a child opening a Christmas present. I initially expected a typical sealed shipping box like you would get from Amazon, but it was completely different. Inside was a beautiful presentation box tied with a ribbon, then a letter wrapped in its own ribbon, followed by another box that housed the bangle itself, also tied with a ribbon. Every layer you opened felt intentional and special, making the unboxing experience memorable and enjoyable.

As for the bangle itself, it is exactly what you would expect from Charriol - beautifully made and elegant.

The only area where I think Charriol can improve is the completeness of product information on their website. For example, I was specifically looking for a bangle with a thickness of at least 5mm, but not all product listings included thickness details. I had to email their customer support to ask. Unfortunately, the response time was slower than expected, in fact, the item shipped and arrived faster than I received a reply to my inquiry.

If the website included complete product specifications, or if email inquiries were answered more quickly, the overall ordering experience would have been truly perfect.

Still, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the overall experience, especially the pricing, fast international shipping, and exceptional presentation. Definitely will order again.
